Don Edwards is one of the many good folks who are trying their hardest to preserve the Cowboy Life and all that goes with it. A frequent visitor to Wickenburg, Don's music is sung with the honesty and straightforwardness one expects from a Cowboy. He never disappoints, and has earned the praise of many old-time Western performers.
This album is a tribute to Edwards' good friend Marty Robbins, and as always, he does a terrific job. You might forget who's singing the song at times, and since these are Marty's signature pieces, they're all great to begin with.
