Trapper Knife - Cocobolo Handle with Silver Flying Eagle and Turquoise Inlays
The Trapper Knife is a two-knife combination tool. It is ready to work hard and look good while doing it. Features include a Cocobolo Handle with Sterling Silver inlaying work by Dan Gwynn. Cocobolo is an excellent hardwood to use for a knife handle because it will not change shape when exposed to moisture. Beautiful Turquoise bands flank the Flying Eagle, finished off with triple band capping to really set it off. The intricate inlay work is sure to please. The knife blades are constructed of 440 Stainless Steel and are separated by a brass liner. Blades are both 3 1/2" long, with a closed length on the knife chassis of 4". The blades have had their backsides cut and blackened.
Each Steep Mountain Knife comes in a presentation-grade fitted case, and includes literature on the artists that build them.
